All transactions for purchase of tangible and intangible products, including but not limited to pdf downloads, resources material, and other online content are made through payment gateways such as PayPal or Stripe that use SSL encryption. These payment gateways are safe and secure for using all types of credit cards and debit cards in different countries and your details are not stored during this process.
Any purchase of a digital product is deemed "used" after download or opening, and all purchases made on www.LifeGuardKits.com and related sites are non-refundable or exchangeable. Since the digital products made available here are intangible, there is a strict no refund policy.
For physical products, there is a no refund policy and any replacements for physical products will be limited to products damaged in transit only. The original product should be returned to LifeGuard Kit and a replacement will be sent out.
LifeGuard Kit reserves the right to amend any information, including but no limited to prices, technical specifications, terms of purchase, and product or service offerings without prior notice.
